Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to recurring subscriptions and other purchase options offered by One Eyed Tiger Coffee Company through oneeyedtiger.com.

Subscriptions

Customers may cancel, pause, or change an active subscription before the next scheduled order is processed.

Once a subscription order has entered processing, fulfillment, roasting, or shipping, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled or refunded.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize One Eyed Tiger Coffee Company and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency and price shown at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue until the subscription is canceled.

How to Cancel or Change a Subscription

Customers may manage their subscription through the subscription-management options provided with their account or order, when available.

If you need assistance canceling, pausing, or changing a subscription, please contact us before the next scheduled billing date.

Address and Payment Changes

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address, billing information, and payment method current.

Changes should be made before the next subscription order is processed. We may not be able to redirect or cancel an order after fulfillment has begun.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or pause the subscription until valid payment information is provided.

We may cancel a subscription if payment cannot be successfully completed.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for subscription orders is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Opened or used coffee is generally not returnable unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

Subscription pricing, available products, shipping charges, and other subscription terms may change from time to time.

When required by law, customers will be notified before material changes take effect.
